Steffaney joined Phoenix Dental Design in 2019, after moving from Northern California with her husband and youngest daughter. Together, she and her husband have five children. She has been working in the dental field since 2006, when she graduated from school to be a dental assistant.  After graduation, she decided she preferred working in the front office and since then has amassed an extensive history working in general, cosmetic, orthodontic, and pediatric dental offices. She even worked at Delta Dental as a claims processor early in her career.  Steffaney enjoys organizing, attending concerts, visiting California to see her granddaughter and adult children, and watching her youngest daughter compete in dancing.
